Three Buckeyes are making quite an impression in their rookie season in the NFL. And one in particular, Ezekiel Elliott, is running wild in the pros like he did for Ohio State. Several Buckeyes are performing well and three of them are rated at or near the top at their positions among rookies by some. Elliott, wide receiver Michael Thomas and defensive end Joey Bosa. After holding out in the preseason, it took time for Bosa to get in playing shape so he has only played in three games. But boy has he made an impact in that short time. In his first game Bosa had five tackles with four of them solo and two sacks. He only had one tackle his second game but in his third his totals were identical to his first. Bosa is ranked No. 5 among rookies by Pro Football Focus. Michael Thomas has had a fine season so far and has really come on as of late.
