Buckeyes CFP bound

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Buckeyes are going back to the College Football Playoff. Ohio State had been No. 2 in the College Football Playoff rankings for several weeks and on Saturday afternoon it was announced that the Buckeyes stayed in the top-four despite not playing in a conference championship game and will be the No. 3 seed and face Clemson in the Fiesta bowl. This is Ohio State’s second appearance in the College Football Playoff and first since the inaugural year of the playoff when the Buckeyes were the No. 4 seed and went on to beat Alabama in the Sugar Bowl and Oregon in the National Championship.
