Suspended Ohio State wide receiver Torrance Gibson has signed a National Junior College letter of intent to Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, according to his new school.Mississippi Gulf Coast said that Gibson will enroll on the school’s Perkinston campus in the spring. Still, it’s not entirely clear that will happen.
