Good help is hard to find. Or in Urban Meyer’s case, hard to keep. While he has not had a difficult time finding the best and brightest assistant coaches in America, Meyer only has himself to blame for the fact he has had a much harder time holding on to them. Meyer lost star offensive coordinator Tom Herman to the Houston head coaching job after Ohio State’s national championship run in 2014. A year later, he lost defensive coordinator Chris Ash to the Rutgers job. Now he’s going to be looking for a replacement for the longest-tenured coach on the OSU staff.
