Ohio State Buckeyes linebacker Raekwon McMillan turning pro

Standout middle linebacker Raekwon McMillan has become the third member of Ohio State’s defense to declare for the National Football League draft. Other Buckeyes who haven’t made an announcement but could leave early for the draft include defensive end Tyquan Lewis, cornerback Marshon Lattimore and H-back Curtis Samuel. For the third day in a row Buckeyes head coach Urban Meyer has lost a member of his defense. “It was a hard decision”, McMillan posted in announcing his decision on Twitter. “Everyone around me molded me to become who I am today, that is why it was a hard decision but I have chosen to forego my senior season and declare for the 2017 NFL Draft”, McMillan wrote. “Thank you for the incredible experience”.
