Standing 6-foot-4, he is the third receiver in the 2017 class. The Buckeyes also have verbal commitments from Trevon Grimes (6-foot-5) and Jaylen Harris (6-foot-5). Gardiner committed to Missouri on Nov. 7, but Ohio State made a late push for the Texas native after losing Tyjon Lindsey to Nebraska.
