Sheffield, a former five-star Alabama signee, figures to factor into the Buckeyes’ backfield plans immediately. Before the football started, however, his new program welcomed the Missouri, Texas native with a new pair of LeBron XIVs—a nice benefit of being sponsored by LeBron James. The shoes, released Feb. 10, retail for $175 and feature a “mix of mesh, engineered laser perforations, a midfoot strap, Zoom Air, and more.” Ohio State guard JaQuan Lyle modeled them Tuesday night in a 71-70 win over Penn State in Happy Valley:
