Nine head coaches attend Ohio State pro day workout

Forgive Ohio State if the Buckeyes stretch a red carpet in front of the football facility today. With all the notable NFL personnel in Columbus, Ohio for the OSU pro day workout, they might as well. Nine head coaches and seven general managers were among, by the school’s count, 115 total NFL personnel who gathered on the OSU campus to watch some of the NFL’s top draft prospects Thursday. Head coaches on hand, per NFL Network’s Kimberly Jones, included Bill Belichick, Sean Payton, Mike Tomlin, Marvin Lewis, Jim Caldwell, Todd Bowles, Hue Jackson, John Harbaugh and Mike Mularkey. In fact, head coaches and GMs outnumbered the Buckeyes prospects. Seven GMs attended, per Jones, to watch 13 former Buckeyes.
