Ohio State overtakes Penn State for top Big Ten spot in 2018 recruiting rankings

The Buckeyes have caught up and passed their Big Ten East counterpart. With the commitment of 4-star linebacker Dallas Gant, Ohio State now has the top-ranked Big Ten 2018 recruiting class in the 247Sports composite rankings. The Buckeyes, who have 10 verbal commits, jumped from No. 4 in the country to No. 2 with Gant’s pledge, leapfrogging LSU and Penn State in the process.
