Chris Holtmann Hires Quadrian Banks As Ohio State’s New Strength And Conditioning Coach

Another change has been made to the Ohio State men’s basketball coaching staff.  Head coach Chris Holtmann announced Friday he has hired Quadrian Banks as the program’s new strength and conditioning coach.  Banks comes over from the NFL. He had been the performance and conditioning coach of the Indianapolis Colts since January of 2016. Prior to that, he was the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Philadelphia Eagles from March of 2013 to January of 2016. Banks held college basketball assistant strength and conditioning coaching jobs for Mississippi (Aug. 2008-May 2010), Richmond (July 2007-Aug. 2008) and Hampton (Jan. 2007-July 2007).  He was the head strength and conditioning coach for Prairie View A&M from August of 2004 to December of 2005. Before that, he was a student strength and conditioning intern coach at Texas from 2001-04.  Interestingly, Holtmann and Banks reunite. Holtmann was the head coach at Gardner-Webb from 2010-13,…
