No. 42: Jonathon Cooper, Sophomore, Defensive End Height, weight: 6-foot-3, 248 pounds. Hometown: Gahanna, Ohio. Where he was ranked entering last season: As a true freshman who enrolled early for spring football, Cooper was in the same spot on this list, No. 42, a year ago as we projected that he had a chance to work into the rotation at defensive end. What he’s done: Cooper played in six games last season, making six tackles. He had a sack in the blowout at Maryland and played in the Fiesta Bowl against Clemson.
