CHICAGO  — To a man, the three Ohio State football representatives at the 2017 Big Ten Media Days grinned widely when I asked them if they played the EA Sports famed NCAA Football series. It’s a game that probably filled countless hours on many nights over the years for most of you reading this story. Until EA Sports halted production of the game in 2015, that’s how a number of young men who one day would be nameless avatars wiled away their time. No matter what team you controlled — from a fledgling Sun Belt team to a Big Ten power — you were tasked with one very important role as coach: recruiting.
