COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football opens the 2017 season on Aug. 31 at Indiana. We’re counting down the top 50 Buckeyes for this season, taking into account talent, past accomplishments, team need and potential. No. 27: Jordan Fuller, Sophomore, Safety Height, weight: 6-foot-2, 207 pounds Hometown: Old Tappan, N.J. Where he was ranked entering last season: Fuller, a true freshmen in 2016, was not on our top 50 list last season. He probably should have been considering the contributions he ended up making on special teams. What he’s done: Earning a role as a true freshman, even if it’s mostly on special teams, is no small feat at Ohio State.
