COLUMBUS, Ohio — Tate Martell was ready to watch and learn as Ohio State’s No. 4 quarterback. Now, at least for a month, maybe longer, he’ll be No. 3. The injury to Joe Burrow moved Martell, the true freshman from Las Vegas, up the depth chart, but could we really see him on the field this season?
