COLUMBUS, Ohio — Demetrius Knox was in a position to compete for a starting job on Ohio State’s offensive line in each of the last two training camps, and when it looked like he had a legitimate shot to win, he didn’t. Then, after an injury to starting right guard Branden Bowen, the Buckeyes had another position battle for what hasn’t always been a secure spot over the last two years.
