Tommy Togiai became Ohio State football’s second commit of Tuesday night, announcing his commitment less than an hour after WR recruit Kamryn Babb pledged to the Buckeyes. The four-star prospect is Ohio State’s 21st verbal commit ahead of next week’s early signing period, and is Ohio Sate’s 19th blue-chip commit for 2018. Togiai is also the Buckeyes’ third recruit on the defensive line, joining Antwuan Jackson Jr. and Taron Vincent. The 4-star DT recruit is from Pocatello, Idah.
