Early Signing Period: Ohio State football welcomes 2018 early signees


For the first time in college football history, incoming freshman can sign their National Letter of Intent in late-December. From Dec. 20-22, Ohio State (and the other 129 FBS programs) are expecting to add up to 80% of their incoming 2018 class, with the remaining few scholarship spots to be claimed on the traditional National Signing Day in early-February. The Buckeyes are expecting about 17 LOIs to be faxed to the Woody Hayes Athletic Center during this early signing period.
