Today’s Penn State football news headlines feature a new offer to an Ohio State recruit and Jason Cabinda’s thoughts on the first questions he expects to address at the NFL combine. The Lions sent out an offer to 2019 Buckeyes commit Doug Nester, a 6-5, 295-pound offensive tackle from Spring Valley (W.Va.) High School.
