Four-star wide receiver Garrett Wilson, Matthew Baldwin's high school teammate, sets Ohio State visits: Buckeyes football recruiting

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State already has one player from a Lake Travis (Tex.) team that played for a state championship last season in quarterback Matthew Baldwin. The Buckeyes are after his teammate and top target in four-star wide receiver Garrett Wilson. He moved to Texas from the Columbus area when he was younger. He already has plans to come back to Columbus in the months to come. Wilson, who is 6-feet tall and 185 pounds, told Jason Suchomel of Orangebloods.com earlier this week that he has an unofficial visit to Ohio State scheduled for March 23, and an official coming up in June. Oklahoma and Texas are the other two schools in pursuit of Wilson and will host him for officials as well. Wilson also told Suchomel that he intends to commit during the summer.
