In Week 3 of the 2012 college football season, the top teams start to emerge and the viewing public gets an idea of which teams could challenge for a spot in a BCS bowl game. Four of the more-intriguing games to keep an eye on this week are the California Golden Bears visiting the #12 Ohio State Buckeyes, the #18 Florida Gators visiting the #23 Tennessee Volunteers, the #2 USC Trojans visiting the #21 Stanford Cardinal, and the #20 Notre Dame Fighting Irish visiting the #10 Michigan State Spartans. There will be a total of 68 FBS games played in Week 3.
