After setting the tone last month with how he’d handle off-field player conduct issues, Ohio State coach Urban Meyer had a clear decision on what to do with linebacker Storm Klein.
A day after police charged Klein with misdemeanor domestic violence and assault, Meyer dismissed the senior from the team Saturday night. Klein on Saturday morning pleaded not guilty to the charges at his arraignment. He received a temporary protection order issued that keeps him away from the unnamed complainant, bars him from using drugs and alcohol and prevents him from possessing a firearm as a condition of his bond.
