Bri’onte Dunn entered a written not-guilty plea Thursday in Municipal Court to a charge of disorderly conduct.
The paperwork was faxed to the court, along with a request for evidence and a waiver of Dunn’s right to a speedy trial.
The case stems from an incident Saturday night when police stopped Dunn after he allegedly almost hit a police cruiser at a blinking red light.
