Ryan Timmons won’t wait until national signing day to announce his college decision. The ESPN 300 athlete prospect from Frankfort (Ky.) Franklin County said he will announce his college destination on Feb. 5 at 1 p.m. EST. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Timmons is primarily considering Kentucky, Florida and Ohio State. He is scheduled to take an official visit to Florida this weekend. Timmons took an official visit to Kentucky on Jan. 18. Timmons can’t take an official visit to Ohio State, as he’s already taken all five of his official visits.
