It didn’t take long for Urban Meyer to stamp his place in the history of the Ohio State Buckeyes football program. In 2012, Meyer delivered the school its 10th undefeated season.
The Buckeyes were banned from postseason action, for infractions while Jim Tressel was head coach. Those sanctions are gone for 2013.
Meyer will be relying heavily on quarterback Braxton Miller, who will be a junior next year. It’s very early, but Miller will likely be in the Heisman Trophy running when the season starts.
Almost as soon as he became head coach, Meyer has been on the recruiting trail. It’s the only way he’ll be able to get Ohio State competitive with the best the SEC has to offer.
