The Ohio State Buckeyes are coming off an undefeated 12-0 season and just last week finished with the second best recruiting class in the country behind National Champion Alabama.
With a lot of questions about whether or not the Buckeyes can go undefeated again this season and win a Big Ten Championship, we’ll take a look at which new recruits will get immediate playing time when August 31 roles around.
Head coach Urban Meyer recruited a solid group of players and four of them could see immediate playing time this season. Meyer does not care how old his players are; He will play someone who is a true freshman if they deserve to be out there.
First, we should see 4-star cornerback recruits Eli Apple and Cameron Burrows garner immediate playing time in the Buckeye secondary.
Apple was ranked in the Rivals.com’s Top 100 and was the eighth best player at his position in the 2013 recruiting class.
