Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer is looking to close out his already stellar 2013 recruiting class, and a majority of his top remaining targets will be featured in a variety of high school All-American games this week.
With 19 prospects already in the fold, Meyer’s ’13 class is currently ranked No. 5 by both ESPN and Scout, while Rivals has the class ranked No. 8 in the country.
Over 100 schools would gladly be in Ohio State’s position, but Meyer won’t be satisfied until he fills his team’s desperate need for linebackers and wide receivers.
The Buckeyes could add as many as five prospects to this year’s class before it’s all said and done, and with the number of recruits announcing their intentions this week, the remaining spots could go quickly.
