Despite the fact that the players have yet to play a snap with their new head coach, there have already been plenty of intriguing story lines for Urban Meyer and Ohio State.
Not all of these have been positive, although some most certainly have. Urban has his quarterback, has a fair amount of talent on the roster and he’s made strides in implementing his up-tempo system.
On the other side, Ohio State has had to deal with some off-the-field issues, including two recent arrests that prompted Meyer to pull the scholarships of two of his more experienced players.
It’s been eventful, and it will stay eventful up to and through the fall.
Meanwhile, Michigan is cruising along in the recruiting world, showing that they refuse to give in even though Meyer is on board.
It’s going to be an interesting fall, and the Big Ten should be fascinating for years to come.
