C.J. Reavis (Chester, Va./Thomas Dale) got a sneak peak at The Horseshoe seven and half months ago when he participated in Ohio State’s Friday Night Lights camp. Now, the 6-foot, 190-pound Reavis can envision playing for the Buckeyes after they offered him a scholarship on Monday. “It means a lot,” Reavis said. “It’s a big-time program. I was very honored to get it.” After a junior season where the safety stood above the rest, it was hard not to take notice of him.
