TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — As a junior at Cedartown (Ga.) High School, Nick Chubb rushed for over 2,700 yards and 38 touchdowns, so it should come as no surprise that he’s seen a spike in interest from BCS programs. The ESPN Watch List running back has picked up offers from Florida, Georgia and Georgia Tech over the last month, and the good news continued on Saturday. Chubb received an Alabama offer directly from head coach Nick Saban. “He said, ‘we’re interested in you, we want you to be here,’ and he gave me a scholarship,” Chubb said.
