Any chance Nebraska had of earning an at-large BCS bid are dashed now.
The Huskers tumbled to No. 21 in the USA Today coaches’ poll after their embarrassing 70-31 loss to Wisconsin in the Big Ten title game on Saturday. And while the Harris Poll will come out later, there’s no way Nebraska will finish in the top 14 to qualify for an at-large spot.
Ohio State won’t win an Associated Press national title, but the Buckeyes are up to No. 3 in the AP poll this week after Georgia’s loss to Alabama.
