Former Penn State president Graham Spanier will be charged with perjury and obstruction of justice Thursday, according to reports.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and at least one other media outlet are reporting that the Pennsylvania state attorney general’s office will announce today at noon that Spanier has been charged for his role in the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. This latest development comes almost exactly a year since the Sandusky scandal broke wide open.
