It is now a two game season for the Buckeyes and it starts with the Wisconsin Badgers. The team is rested after a bye week but will the team still have an edge, especially going into a hostile venue up in Madison (Wis.).
The Buckeyes are a week away from the much needed bye week but if you talk to many fans they are already chalking this game up as nothing more than a bye week.
Most people are believing that this game could be a coin flip between the Buckeyes and the Nittany Lions. Even Las Vegas has had a hard time pegging a good line on this contest with both teams spending the week as both a favorite and an underdog.
Last season the Buckeyes dropped a tough game against Purdue after a blocked PAT sent the game to overtime where the Buckeyes eventually fell for a second time in West Lafayette (Ind.).
Saturday’s game will be a revenge game even if people don’t want to admit it going into the contest with Nebraska. Ohio State held a commanding lead in Lincoln (Neb.) last season and an injury led to Ohio State’s undoing.
