Add Northwestern to the list of Big Ten schools freezing football season-ticket prices for the 2009 season.
Wildcats season-ticket prices remain between 4-8, depending on location and other factors (age, alumni, etc.), for the team's seven home games. There's also a 0 family plan, which includes two adults and three children.
