Ohio State Football | Friday Night Lights camp moves indoors due to weather

Bill Rabinowitz The Columbus Dispatch @brdispatch Friday Jun 22, 2018 at 2:43 PM Due to the threat of inclement weather later today, Ohio State has moved its football team’s workout and the Friday Night Lights camp indoors, and they are no longer open to the public. The workout and camp were scheduled for Ohio Stadium. They now will be at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center and the limited space inside the facility caused the cancellation of public access. Campers who have preregistered are asked to enter through the Biggs Lobby. Walk-up registration will be limited to ensure player safety around the practice field. On Thursday, the football program announced a promotion that the first 1,500 fans at Ohio Stadium for the team workout would receive free posters. Friday Night Lights was moved this year from late July, and many coveted prospects are expected to attend what has become the Buckeyes’ signature recruiting showcase.
