He gives the Buckeyes three defensive linemen along with Ohio natives Jack Sawyer and Mike Hall. He chose the Buckeyes over 31 other schools including Oklahoma and Texas. The Texas native recently chose to transfer to IMG Academy from Tompkins High School for his final season where he joins fellow Ohio State targets J.C. Latham and Kamar Wilcoxson. He is the second defensive lineman to come from the Florida school joining former five-star defensive tackle Taron Vincent.
