Now the Buckeyes will look to add another while also checking running back off of its checklist for the 2022 recruiting class by landing Kaytron Allen. WHO: 4-star running back who plays for IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. SIZE: 5-foot-11, 206 pounds RANKING: The No. 9 running back in the class of 2022, the No. 112 player. THE BATTLE: Allen trimmed his list to 10 in January, including the Buckeyes alongside Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Miami, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas and USC. THE HOMESTATE FACTOR: Allen attends IMG Academy but is originally from Norfolk, Virginia where he attended Norview High School as a freshman before transferring.
