Watch: Ohio State's Ryan Day releases message for mental health awareness month

Around the country, May is considered mental health awareness month. This is a time when the National Alliance on Mental Health works overtime to “fight stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for policies that support people with mental illness and their families” through a variety of ways.
