Ohio State announced the hiring of OSU defensive coordinator Jim Knowles for the same position with the Buckeyes Tuesday afternoon. The announcement came hours after Knowles attended and spoke at the ceremony for the 2021 Broyles Award — given to the nation’s top assistant coach — in Little Rock, Arkansas, Tuesday.
