C.J. Stroud says Ohio State players dealt with flu in loss at Michigan


Ohio State’s loss to Michigan knocked the Buckeyes out of the running for the Big Ten Championship and the College Football Playoff. It’s also the first time since 2011 they’ve lost to their archrivals, but for anyone who watched the game, it was clear the Wolverines were the better team on that day. Speaking with local media on Wednesday, quarterback CJ Stroud wasn’t making excuses for the 42-27 loss, but he did reveal that several Buckeyes were dealing with the flu. The Heisman Trophy finalist added that he feels that’s something that should be taken into consideration when analyzing the loss. “I don’t know what the narrative is.
