Ohio State redshirt freshman cornerback Ryan Watts on Wednesday announced his transfer to the Longhorns, a post-early signing period boost for a secondary that needed to restock heading into 2022. Watts bloomed into a four-star defensive back at Little Elm and spent the past two years at Ohio State, recording 11 total tackles and two interceptions in 18 career games.
