
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Kourt Williams II’s long-awaited breakout may have slid by unnoticed, as it came after Ohio State so thoroughly pulverized Michigan State for a half on Nov. 20. The Buckeyes emptied their bench early, but Williams did not hold back. The second-year Bullet piled up a team-high seven tackles that day — two for loss — and broke up a pass. After a long climb back from the torn knee ligament that wiped out his freshman season, Williams offered a peek at his potential.
