Ohio State’s Maxwell Moldovan has finished in the top 10 in three consecutive tournaments. Ohio State sophomore Maxwell Moldovan earned his first collegiate win after shooting a 6-over par 222 (72-73-77) at the NEXUS Collegiate Tournament in the Bahamas. The Buckeyes finished second overall, three shots behind Auburn. OSU made the most birdies of any team in the field, led by Moldovan’s 10. His win marks the sixth time he has finished in the top 10, including three consecutive times this season. Adam Wallin tied for seventh after scores of 68-80-80. Wallin carded the only round under par during the event. Westerville North grad Julius Brown has 1,016 points in college.
