According to multiple reports, Marcus Hooker, who played at New Castle High and is the younger brother of former Buckeyes All-American and current Cowboys safety Malik Hooker, has transferred to Youngstown State. Ohio State running back medically retires from football Hooker recently graduated from Ohio State, according to reports. He played in 14 games in 2019-2020, and then played in seven during the 2020-2021 season with four starts. He finished that year with 15 tackles and an interception.
