A recent survey by Forbes Health has pegged Ohio as one of the worst states for ghosting. The dating faux pas, which is the act of abruptly cutting off all communication with a potential romantic partner without explanation, is all too common, according to the survey. Ohio is tied for third with Illinois, where 87% of people say they have either been ghosted and/or ghosted someone else. Rhode Island takes the top spot at 93%, closely followed by North Dakota and Wyoming, tied at 90%. Forbes polled 5,000 Americans who have actively dated in the last five years. The survey also found that 21% of respondents admitted being ghosted left them feeling fearful and anxious about dating, with 17% of Ohioans in agreement. When it comes to the reasons behind ghosting, 49% of respondents cited conflicting relationship expectations. But in Ohio, personality clashes are the most common reason, at 51%.…
