Rutgers teams with Urban Meyer, Ohio State & Matt Rhule, Temple for satellite camp

By Ryan Dunleavy and Greg Tufaro On the same day Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh is scheduled to host a satellite football camp at Paramus Catholic High School, Ohio State coach Urban Meyer and Temple coach Matt Rhule will join Rutgers coach Chris Ash for a satellite camp of their own on Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Florham Park campus. Both camps are slated for June 8, the day before Harbaugh is scheduled to deliver a commencement speech at Paramus Catholic, where Harbaugh secured a commitment from Rashan Gary, the nation’s top-rated senior recruit, and where he also hired former Paramus Catholic head coach Chris Partridge as Michigan’s recruiting coordinator-turned-linebackers coach. The Rutgers-Temple-Ohio State camp is called the Rutgers Football Tri-State Showcase. It is for ninth- through 12th-graders in and around the tri-state area and is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. at Robert T. Shields Field, with registration at 4:30 p.m. How’s this for a satellite camp? #RFootball, #Buckeyes and #Temple on June 8 at FDU. https://t.co/1FFqF1g2FQ#Rutgers@RFootball— Ryan Dunleavy (@rydunleavy) May 9, 2016 MORE FROM ScarletScuttlebutt Ryan Dunleavy, Bridgewater | 12:22 AM May 10, 2016 Ryan Dunleavy, Bridgewater | 11:58 PM May 8, 2016 Ryan Dunleavy, Bridgewater | 11:56 PM May 8, 2016 See all posts from Blogs Extra Read or Share this story: http://mycj.co/1T8cHUw
