The No. 1 overall seeded Ohio State Buckeyes are set to take on the No. 8 George Mason Patriots in what figures to be the first real test for the Buckeyes in the NCAA Tournament. The Patriots are trying to make another historical run, after making it all the way to the Final Four as an 11-seed in 2006. The winner of this game will take on either West Virginia or Kentucky in the Sweet 16.
Tip-off for this game is set for 5:15 ET and will be televised nationally on CBS.
