Although the Ohio State University has already imposed sanctions upon themselves for “Tattoo-Gate,” they might not be out of the clear yet as far as the NCAA is concerned.
Past offenses against the Buckeyes Athletic department seem to be coming back to haunt the Big Ten champions and specifically head coach Jim Tressel. According to the Columbus Dispatch, the NCAA’s report states,
“It was reported that Jim Tressel, head football coach, failed to deport himself in accordance with the honesty and integrity normally associated with the conduct and administration of intercollegiate athletics and violated ethical-conduct legislation.”
