Ohio State Football: Top OL Kyle Kalis Reportedly Decommits from the Buckeyes

After nearly walking away from his commitment to Ohio State after the resignation of coach Jim Tressel last month, it seems that junior offensive lineman Kyle Kalis of Lakewood St. Edward’s High School has done just that on Tuesday night, according to Scout.com.
His decommitment from OSU is the latest bad news in what has been a tumultuous offseason for the Buckeyes. The news comes on the same day he announced that he was taking a visit to Michigan on Saturday.
The 6’5″, 305-pound Kalis is considered by many to be the top high school player in Ohio’s 2012 recruiting class and one of the best offensive lineman in the country. His absence leaves OSU with Jacoby Boren as the only offensive lineman currently signed to the team for 2012.
