Ohio State Football: Urban Meyer Already Recruiting on National Level at OSU

Columbus has been buzzing since the hiring of Urban Meyer, the generator for most of Buckeye Nation’s excitement with Meyer at the helm stems from the Ohio-native’s uncanny ability to recruit big-time prospects, both in Ohio and on a national level.
For starters, the job Meyer and his staff did to turn a mediocre 2012 class into a top-five class was simply phenomenal. Now that the veteran head coach has an ample amount of time to assemble a recruiting class in 2013, he is already landing prospects from all over the country.
Already in the 2013 recruiting class, Meyer has managed to land four top recruits that hail as far west as California and as far south as Texas. More importantly, the out-of-region prospects he has raked in hail from big-time football states that are normally very difficult to recruit in, but produce a great amount of talent.
