Ohio State Football: Mike Adams Officially Signs with Pittsburgh Steelers

Former Ohio State offensive lineman Mike Adams signed a four-year, $3.9 million contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, according to The Columbus Dispatch.
Adams was an All-Big Ten selection as a junior in 2010, and made the conference’s second-team honors last year in spite of his five-game suspension for violating NCAA rules.
Although his draft stock collapsed after testing positive for marijuana at the NFL scouting combine, Adams was still taken in the second round (56th overall) and could immediately contend for the starting job at left tackle with Max Starks yet to be re-signed following ACL surgery.
